Nareshbhai is the husband of Menaben, who is an activist at Manav Gulzar. He had been experiencing persistent symptoms of cough and fever. Despite undergoing an examination at the nearest hospital, there was no improvement in his condition. Menaben reported this to our health worker. Together, they visited the nearest urban health center where Nareshbhai was diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB). Our health worker prescribed medication, initiating his treatment.

Our health worker made regular visits to Nareshbhai's house two to three days a week to ensure he took his medicine consistently and monitored his health progress. With diligent follow-ups, Nareshbhai completed a six-month course of medication. After reevaluation at the urban health center, his tests came back negative. Continuous follow-ups by our health workers are conducted until Nareshbhai's health shows sustained improvement.
